Saviqe ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Saviqe mobile application and related services.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information. When you create a Saviqe account, we collect your email address and a password. This is used solely for authentication and to identify your account.
Financial Data. Saviqe stores the budgeting data you create, including accounts, categories, transactions, budget allocations, and budget periods. When you use our sync feature, this data is transmitted to and stored on our servers so you can access it across multiple devices.
Subscription Information. If you purchase a subscription through Google Play, Google handles the payment processing. We receive a purchase token from Google to verify and manage your subscription status. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Export & Import Data. When you use the export feature, your data is generated locally on your device. When you import data, it is processed locally and then synced to our servers if sync is enabled.
Device Information. We generate a random device identifier stored locally on your device to support the sync process. We do not collect device model, OS version, or hardware identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Saviqe service
- Authenticate your identity and secure your account
- Sync your budgeting data across your devices
- Verify and manage your subscription status
- Respond to your support requests
3. Data Storage & Sync
Your budgeting data is stored locally on your device using an on-device database. The app works fully offline. When you sign in and enable sync, your data is also stored on our servers to enable multi-device access. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Google Play. Subscription purchase tokens are exchanged with Google Play APIs to verify your subscription status.
- Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS) and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained for as long as you maintain an active Saviqe account. You can delete your account at any time through the app, which will permanently remove your data from our servers. Local data on your device can be cleared by uninstalling the app.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data at any time through the app or the export feature
- Correct your data by editing it within the app
- Delete your account and all associated server-side data
- Export a full copy of your data
8. Children's Privacy
Saviqe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the app or on our website. Your continued use of Saviqe after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
